The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle of large-scale hyperscale data center initiatives, from contract execution through final billing, project closeout, and financial reconciliation.

This role works closely with Sales, Development, RPM, Accounting, Billing, Cost Control, Customers, and delivery teams to consolidate and distribute information, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure contractual requirements, billing milestones, revenue recognition, and cash collection activities are executed timely and accurately.

The role is accountable for maintaining operational alignment across business units, driving issue resolution, supporting consistent day-to-day execution of established processes, and ensuring contractual and operational deliverables are satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager plays a critical role in maintaining project governance, tracking financial milestones, and providing executive visibility into project status, financial exposure, billing readiness, forecasted revenue realization, and overall process effectiveness in support of client delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for customer reimbursement projects, including program governance, lease milestone schedules, billing timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
