Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, quality, and client coordination on commercial construction projects.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure full scope coverage
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Work closely with superintendents to align field operations with project plans
• Manage change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking
• Lead project meetings and provide regular client updates
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and documentation

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
• Experience with healthcare, retail, office, restaurant, or industrial projects
• Strong contract and subcontractor management experience
