- Project & Account Management Support: Support M&H project and account management functions, ensuring adherence to SOPs while collaborating with Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations.
- Financial & Cost Control Oversight: Manage cost reports, analyze budget variances, review AR/CIP/billings, and implement cost-control strategies to maintain project profitability.
- Estimating & Change Order Coordination: Assist with estimates and change orders, support monthly job billings, and coordinate receivables and collections to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
- Operations & Schedule Management: Participate in weekly operations meetings, review schedules and manpower planning, and work with field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills
Experience & Education
- 3 or more years of relevant experience, including estimating and managing industrial and/or commercial construction projects is required.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience managing industrial and/or commercial construction projects, and experience managing and/or training others is required (Sr. Role Only)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business strongly preferred
- Proficiency in construction and project management software, Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Required
Physical Demands
The physical demands listed must be able to be met by the incumbent in this role in order to successfully perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to regularly attend work in an office environment
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to safely navigate active job sites around heavy equipment and in varying weather conditions
Other Requirements
- Full time hours required; most work will be performed on weekdays during normal business hours. Hours may fluctuate based on project necessity
- Some travel to job sites when necessary
- Some travel to other M&H office locations may be required
PE track - 1-3 years then will move into a PM role
