Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - 8+ years of construction management experience
- Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $250M+ - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
- Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Build, P6, and/or MS Project
- Knowledge of NEC, ASHRAE, TIA-942, and Uptime standards - OSHA 30 certification
Job Description:
Lead mission-critical construction projects across multiple campuses from site prep through commissioning. Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards. Requires strong critical facility construction expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mission-critical construction projects from design through commissioning.
- Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and executive reporting
- Oversee multiple active campuses and coordinate contractors, inspectors, and resources.
- Ensure safety, site logistics, and construction progress meet project goals.
- Enforce quality standards across all construction disciplines.
- Lead commissioning, system testing, punch-list completion, and project turnover
- Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and contractor payments.
- Identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
- Serve as the primary liaison with contractors, utilities, authorities, and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between construction milestones and operational deadlines.
