Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Our client is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Duties- Conduct in-depth fraud analysis and investigations, including customer authentication and identity verification
- Review and assess account activity across multiple systems to identify, confirm, or clear suspected fraud
- Handle inbound calls and fraud referrals from customers impacted by fraudulent activity
- Ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies and procedures across all business channels
- Analyze fraud trends related to identity theft, fraudulent orders, and account misuse
- Research cases thoroughly and draw sound conclusions based on available data
- Partner with internal teams to support customer verification, escalation, or legal action when appropriate
- Investigate and respond to fraud escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of fraud-related policies, processes, and controls
- Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve fraud detection and prevention
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience in fraud prevention, customer service, or a call center environment
- 1+ years of experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically
- Experience navigating multiple systems and computer applications simultaneously while on customer calls
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures

The approximate pay range for this position is between $11.00 and $17.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
