Client Experience Associate - Entry-level

If you love helping people and keeping things organized, this role will fit you well. We are hiring a Client Experience Associate who brings clear communication, steady follow through, and a calm presence. You will create a smooth experience for every customer and partner you support. This is a full time, in office role in the Kansas City metro area.

• Be the first point of contact for calls and emails and deliver quick, accurate help
• Handle requests, updates, and account changes with care and accuracy
• Work across several systems while keeping records clean and current
• Own each interaction from start to finish and follow through until it is resolved
• Team up with others to improve processes and raise the quality of service

• One or more years in a customer facing role with strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and stay focused in a fast moving environment
• Sharp attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving
• A positive attitude and a helpful mindset
• Experience with a CRM or handling detailed account information
