In this position, you'll conduct in-depth investigations, analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams to identify and prevent fraudulent activities across various channels. You'll play a crucial role in establishing policies and improving processes designed to deter fraud and ensure compliance. With a hybrid work model—three days in the office and two days remote after training—this role offers flexibility and growth in a fast-paced environment committed to integrity and security.

• Excellent English conversational and communication skills
• Proven ability to navigate multiple computer screens and programs efficiently
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience working with computers in a Windows environment
• Previous experience in fraud, customer service, or call center operations
• Strong phone skills, typing proficiency, and active listening abilities

• Experience analyzing and investigating fraud cases
• Knowledge of fraud policies and compliance procedures
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with Slack or similar team communication tools

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year in a role involving customer interactions, fraud detection, or related fields

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, transitioning smoothly between office and remote settings
• Basic understanding of security and authentication processes

Estimated Min Rate: $14.00
