• Field inbound calls from medical providers asking benefits questions
• Field inbound calls from consumers regarding Life Insurance benefits
• Responsible for researching questions from providers
• Work with multiple screens and systems
• Focus on professional, quality calls and excellent service

• Customer service experience preferred; we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, even without extensive call center experience.
• Health or Life Insurance OR prescription or banking experience a plus
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems and multiple screens
• Microsoft Office experience
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a commitment to contributing to a positive team culture.

• Pay: $22 per hour
• Contract-to-hire
• Hours: M-F, 8:30
