Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Coordinate schedules and routing for service calls
- Assist with incoming calls and customer communication
- Maintain accurate job and customer information
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments
Requirements
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and positive attitude
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
