Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary... We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative options, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, and guaranteeing items are dispensed when members arrive; resolve member issues and promote company products.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following merchandise handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments according to policies, operating cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, resolving issues, promoting products, maintaining cart/flatbed availability, aiding with transport of items, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using company policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change.

• Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).
• Additional compensation: premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
