This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Oral Surgery Assistant/Dental Assistant based in Overland Park, KS. The selected candidate will assist with oral surgery procedures, ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols, and provide comprehensive support in the preparation and care of dental patients. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment, assisting during dental treatments, and supporting patients throughout their care journey.

• Proficiency in Oral Surgery and detailed knowledge of dental procedures.
• Strong understanding of Infection Control practices and Sterilization techniques in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Background or experience in Dentistry and Dental Care, with a focus on patient support and service.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization in a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Relevant certifications or prior experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role preferred.
