Arise Homes is seeking a Residential Design and Permit Specialist in Overland Park, KS. This role blends drafting (60%) with permit coordination (40%), working with AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate site plans and coordinate approvals with cities, counties, engineers, and surveyors.
You will update Revit libraries, assemble permit applications for single-family and multi-family projects, and maintain a permit-tracking system.
