The Opportunity

Our architecture and interiors group is searching for talented individuals to lead the design of unique federal facilities around the world. We work in a collaborative environment to understand each unique design challenge in order to provide the best possible solution. This position requires leading and contributing in all aspects of medium to complex interior designs. Projects begin with understanding multiple government requirements, the client’s budget, and the user’s needs.

Projects may include participating in the charrette process. Project execution will involve working with a multi‑discipline design team in the development of construction documents and supervising construction phase services. Interior design shall provide design solutions that are functional, enhance the quality of life and culture of the occupants, and are aesthetically attractive. Responsibilities include space arrangement and layout, selection of finishes, selection of furnishings, and production of drawings, renderings, specifications, and color boards.
