• Parent Engagement: Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child's day and collaborating on developmental goals.
• Safe Environment: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment, following health and safety guidelines to provide a secure space for our littlest learners to thrive.

• Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience working with preschool age is required.
• Passion: A genuine love for working with the youngest members of our community, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with fellow educators to create a harmonious learning environment.
