Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs.
Starting Salary Range: $15.34-$18.61, determined based on relevant years of work experience.
Position Summary: The Regnier Testing Center Assistant serves as a proctor for the Regnier Testing Center operated by Workforce Development and Continuing Education. This position will administer proctored exams and is responsible for coordinating client testing appointments, completing check‑in and check‑out processes, maintaining confidentiality, and following all vendor protocols. It is a substitute role, filling in as needed when regularly scheduled staff are unavailable.
Required Qualifications- Mid-level support role.
- Completes routine tasks under moderate supervision.
- Typically requires at least 1 year of related experience.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Proctor Regnier Testing Center Exams
- Schedule testing center appointments for the public using multiple online 3rd party vendor portals
- Welcome and check‑in test center candidates, ensuring proper exam vendor protocols are accurately followed
- Document processes for the testing center and its relationships with test providers
- Provide Customer Service
- Handle questions, problems, and issues with delivery of exams, test center clients, and various Workforce Development and Continuing Education branch staff
- Other duties as assigned
