The Senior Learning Assessment Analyst supports this mission by partnering with academic and administrative departments to support shared goals for continuous improvement and student success. The incumbent partners with departments by analyzing relevant data, providing guidance on how to develop goals based on data, and helping departments succeed by transforming goals into improvement plans.
The incumbent collaborates with faculty to strengthen their understanding and use of assessment practices that guide curriculum redesigns and strengthen student learning for improved student success.
Master’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Doctorate in related field with demonstrated skill set and experience
Preferred Qualifications:Teaching experience in a higher education field preferred.
Starting Salary Range:$73,109-$96,115 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume
Work Schedule, Hours per week:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
