Team Gymnastics Coach

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics/Tumbling Instructor to join our team.

Starting pay is $14/hour depending on experience.

• Lead gymnastics classes for children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate fun and engaging activities to keep children motivated and interested.
• Assess each child's skill level and adjust teaching style and difficulty level as needed.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all children.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to children to help them improve their coordination and gymnastics skills.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other instructors.

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Previous tumbling experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, proper gymnastics technique and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and spot children.
• Ability to work with children of all ages and skill levels.
• Ability to modify lesson plans to meet the needs of each child.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring children to learn and grow.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
