Paraprofessional – Structured Learning Classroom
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week (7:45 AM – 3:15 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)

- Hourly Rate: $18.00

Elementary school‑based Paraprofessional positions supporting students in a Structured Learning Classroom, a specialized center‑based program serving students with autism and other developmental or cognitive disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting communication development, functional life skills, behavioral interventions, and classroom activities. Candidates must be comfortable working with students with special needs and assisting with toileting/diapering when required. School placement will be determined during the hiring process.
Minimum Requirements- License: None required
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Previous school‑based experience and/or experience working with children with behavioral challenges or special needs required
