Advantage Tech is searching for a Sr. Civil Designer to join their clients growing team.
As a Senior Civil Designer with a grading & utility focus, you will work in a collaborative team environment on multi‑disciplinary complex projects. You will work closely with licensed engineers on plans and calculations, utilizing your expertise in Civil 3D and CAD software.
In addition to sheet production work, you will also independently design utilities and surfaces with the oversight of an Engineer. You will need advanced skills in Civil 3D and CAD software to create accurate and efficient design solutions, developing detailed drawings and models to communicate design intent effectively.
A Senior Civil Designer for this team will frequently design utilizing Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, and Surfaces containing Corridors, and Feature Lines. Scale of projects for this team start at roughly 20 acres and are often 200+ acres for a single campus.

- Associate’s degree in drafting or related field preferred
- 8 or more years of expertise in drafting and design
- Experience in surface creation, analysis, utility design, and BIM coordination
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software
