Systems Engineer, Software Engineer
The Sr System Engineer/Software Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to meet organizational needs. The scope of this job includes administration of production and non-production environments, assessment and implementation of new technologies, and providing long-term perspectives by contributing to the technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of system solutions, including planning, testing, implementation, performance optimization, and proper integration with existing systems and applications.
- Implement and manage system monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and enforce system security protocols and measures to safeguard data and infrastructure in compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and internal security policies.
- Lead the design, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize system downtime in the event of failure.
- Work closely with a variety of engineers, technical teammates, and business stakeholders to align IT systems with business needs and objectives.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions and tools that improve system performance, security, or operational efficiency.
- Leverage
AItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows, and drive data‑informed outcomes. - Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 6 years related work experience
- Continuous Delivery/Integration:
Azure Dev Ops - Application Development/Coding/Scripting
Experience:
Powershell - Experience in software development lifecycle
automation
(Dev Ops) in GCP. - Experience in Google Cloud including Cloud SQL and Cloud Run
- Healthcare industry experience
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
