** The Opportunity*
* In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

+ Manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects for water and wastewater utilities. 

+ Be expected to interface with client representatives and reflect client preferences on deliverables.

+ Lead execution and take overall responsibility for I&C design projects as well as coordinate I&C engineering efforts for large multi-discipline projects.

+ Provide I&C representation by attending client and contractor meetings, performing field investigations, attending factory acceptance testing and helping to resolve I&C client and construction issues.

+ Monitor and control project schedule and budgets and assist with proposals and presentations in response to sales opportunities

The Instrumentation & Control Department is a global team specializing in instrumentation, control systems, wireless communications, networks, and cybersecurity for all BV Market Sectors and Solutions. Our team provides a full range of services including consulting, master planning, assessments, conceptual design, detailed design, EPC, design-build, construction support, field services, testing, commissioning, resident engineering, staff augmentation, training, on-call services, and system implementation, configuration, and programing.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + The successful candidate will possess a mix of excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated management capabilities, I&C design experience, and broad I&C technical knowledge.

+ 4 years of experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting 

+ 4 years of experience in water/wastewater industry 

+ 2 years of experience in project management and business development.
