The
** Sr System Engineer/Software Engineer
** is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to meet organizational needs. The scope of this job includes administration of production and non-production environments, assessment and implementation of new technologies, and providing long-term perspectives by contributing to the technical roadmap.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Oversee the end-to-end deployment of system solutions, including planning, testing, implementation, performance optimization, and proper integration with existing systems and applications.
* Implement and manage system monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance.
* Develop and enforce system security protocols and measures to safeguard data and infrastructure in compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and internal security policies.
* Lead the design, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize system downtime in the event of failure.
* Work closely with a variety of engineers, technical teammates, and business stakeholders to align IT systems with business needs and objectives.
* Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions and tools that improve system performance, security, or operational efficiency.
* Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
* Perform other job duties as assigned.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
* 4 - 6 years related work experience
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Continuous Delivery/Integration:
** Azure Dev Ops
*** Application Development/Coding/Scripting

Experience:

** Powershell
* ** Experience in software development lifecycle
** automation** (Dev Ops) in GCP.
* Experience in Google Cloud including
** Cloud SQL and Cloud Run
*** Healthcare industry experience
** Job Expectations:
*** Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
* Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
