• Produce precise, error‑free drawings, calculations, and analyses that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve knowledge of industry codes, safety culture principles, and advanced design techniques.
• Deliver engineering solutions that align with rigorous quality assurance programs.
• Build trust and lasting relationships through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated, well‑rounded designs.
• Engage directly with client personnel on site, performing detailed plant walk‑downs.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design of electrical systems.
• Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial (chemical or pulp & paper), energy, or government (DOE) projects is highly preferred.
• Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Senior Engineers: 7 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.
• Principal Engineers: 10 years of post‑graduate experience in a related role.

USD $90,000.00 – USD $ per year.

Some positions may be performed remotely in one or more U.S. states. Compensation is aligned with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects expected compensation at the time of posting.
