Mission to provide a full range of services to U.S. Government agencies and departments. Primary areas of focus include:
Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Services, Defense Program, Design/Build, Classified, and Environmental.

• Lead communication designs and coordinate with other disciplines
• Create conceptual and detailed systems designs, including producing design drawings, specifications and design analysis deliverables
• Coordinate with a BIM/CAD team for drawing production
• Perform quality control duties and independent technical reviews
• Manage assigned budgets, scopes and schedules
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced staff members
• Other potential duties:
  May perform fieldwork and write assessment reports;
  May assist with creation of design guides and templates;
  May provide support to business development or pursuit activities

• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, EIA, TIA, BICSI industry standards, codes and best practices related to ICT, low voltage, and telecommunications systems
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems from a safety and constructability perspective
• Strong knowledge of inside plant (ISP) cabling infrastructure including telecommunications spaces and pathways, copper, and optical fiber cabling and connectivity
• Experience in outside plant (OSP) design of copper and fiber optic communication systems
• Experience in audio‑visual (AV) system design
• 4+ years experience designing applicable telecommunication systems
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) required
