The salary range for this full‑time position is $80,000.00 – $99,600.00. Salary ranges are determined by a combination of role, level, experience, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and design power systems for power‑generating facilities; collaborate across disciplines to integrate mechanical, electrical, civil, and other specialties; manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality with minimal oversight; produce high‑quality engineering documents that meet industry codes, standards, and client expectations; stay current with industry standards and safety practices, especially in the nuclear sector; build client relationships through clear communication and professional collaboration;
conduct site visits to walk down plant systems and structures, interface with client personnel, and observe engineering solutions in action.

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited university.
- 1–3 years of post‑graduation experience, available to start within 1–3 months.
- Experience with thermal‑hydraulic analysis and design modifications preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing mechanical calculations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration, presentation, and documentation.
- Knowledge of industry standards, willingness to prototype and test, and ability to create comprehensive design documentation preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in teams.
- Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate client sites for walkdowns; must be able to work outdoors.
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings.
- Some roles may require U.S. citizenship for federal contracts; only U.S. citizens will be considered for those positions.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client‑specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks per company and client policies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
