Water/Wastewater Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager
Freese and Nichols is seeking a Water/Wastewater Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager based in one of our Central Plains Offices;
Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Rogers, Arkansas or Overland Park, Kansas. As Master Planning & Modeling Project Manager you will manage and lead technical tasks, develop scope/fee and support business development activities, including proposal development for water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, such as: water and wastewater master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling in distribution systems and asset management
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Working with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Arkansas or Kansas
- 4+ years of related experience
Preferred:
- Expertise with hydraulic modeling software, such as Innovyze products (Info Water, Info Works ICM SE, Info Sewer, InfoSWMM, H2
OSURGE, Info Asset Planner) and/or Bentley products (SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Hammer) - Experience with GIS applications in water and wastewater planning
- Experience in client development, sales/marketing, proposal development
- Excellent communication skills, both technical writing and verbal
