Substation Engineer

We're seeking a Substation Engineer to support high-voltage infrastructure projects that strengthen grid reliability, expand system capacity, and connect essential energy assets. • Design high-voltage substations for transmission and distribution applications.
• Develop site layouts, equipment arrangements, engineering drawings, and supporting calculations for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams, and clients to support projects from early-stage engineering through construction and commissioning.
• Contribute to substation solutions serving utilities, renewable energy integration, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
• Participate in design reviews, resolve technical issues, and support ongoing improvement of engineering standards, tools, and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in substation engineering, utility design, or power systems projects.
• Working knowledge of high-voltage systems, substation physical design, and equipment arrangements.
• Familiarity with protection and control principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
