Quanta Services seeks an Engineering Manager - Substation to lead engineering design teams across substation projects. You will oversee from concept through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. A strong background in high-voltage substations and personnel management is required.
The role reports to the Engineering Director and supports field operations, procurement, and stakeholder groups within QISG. Travel up to 10-25% is expected.
