- Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/Open Roads
- Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes
- Work with experienced designers and project managers
- Collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects
- Primarily work on projects in Missouri and Kansas, with opportunities to support regional projects
- Communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Kansas Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 4-7 years' experience designing streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations
- Ability to work effectively with other engineers and technicians
- Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation
- Background in traffic engineering design can be helpful
- Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
Demonstrates expertise in roadway design and modeling using Microstation/Open Roads, with a strong background in civil engineering and traffic engineering design. Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
