- Plan and manage all aspects of large, multi-discipline engineering projects
- Independently coordinate engineers’ work and plan team assignments throughout project development
- Establish client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, and design meetings
- Coordinate workload throughout project development and ensure documents are completed on schedule
- Track project financial aspects and adjust team work effort to keep projects on schedule
- Work with the Midwest Civil Practice Lead and/or Client Account Lead for project reviews
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related curriculum
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or ability to obtain within 4 months
- Minimum of twenty years’ experience in the design of streets and highways
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for street and highway design
- Experience managing multiple team members and coordinating with engineers and technicians
- Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients
- Specific experience winning and executing state DOT projects related to highways, streets, or sidewalks/trails preferred

Demonstrates extensive experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, with a strong focus on street and highway design, regulatory compliance, and effective team coordination. Proven ability to establish client relationships and manage project financials to ensure timely completion.
