Location: Overland Park, KS
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from concept through production
- Design mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and risks
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, and BOMs
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Suppliers, and Customers
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5+ years of engineering experience in heavy equipment, mobile equipment, trucking, industrial machinery, or related industries
- Experience with Solid Works or similar 3D CAD software
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, structural, and electrical systems
Experience:
Heavy Equipment, Specialty Vehicles, Truck Manufacturing, Agricultural Equipment, Utility Service Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
