Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6–10 years of civil/site land development experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee, or the ability to obtain a Tennessee PE through reciprocity if relocating
- Project management experience preferred
- Strong technical design, client communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting is preferred
