** The Opportunity*
* In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and will assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design culvert design, and pavement design, etc
+ Professional will have hands-on involvement in permitting process
+ Professional will have significant interaction with multi- disciplinary internal teams and external clients

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needsand requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs
+ Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
+ Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
+ Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation toclients
+ Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
+ Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
+ Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
+ Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
