- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must.
- Maintain the facility’s top shape by performing maintenance tasks and responding to employee requests.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to keep everything running smoothly and prevent disruptions to daily operations.
- Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials to ensure everything is stocked and ready for use.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and work spaces for productive and professional events or gatherings.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards promptly to maintain the highest safety standards.
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Be on your feet for most of the day.
- Engage in a variety of physical activities with a can‑do attitude.
- Maintain endurance in a high‑volume working environment.
