• Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not a must.

• Maintain the facility’s top shape by performing maintenance tasks and responding to employee requests.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to keep everything running smoothly and prevent disruptions to daily operations.
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials to ensure everything is stocked and ready for use.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and work spaces for productive and professional events or gatherings.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report hazards promptly to maintain the highest safety standards.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Be on your feet for most of the day.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities with a can‑do attitude.
• Maintain endurance in a high‑volume working environment.
