Our team is seeking recent college graduates for an exciting opportunity to participate in our exclusive two-year Analyst Program. As part of the program, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a development program that focuses on your growth and performance within the company. • Facilitate loan servicing and management tasks such as handling taxes, insurance, cash management, loan closing, and payoff processes
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of loan documents, structures, covenants, compliance, and loan underwriting processes.
• Gain experience with highly structured debt instruments and understand how our clients utilize these positions to maximize returns and minimize risk
• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of commercial real estate properties.
• Conduct small‑scale research projects to broaden your knowledge and experience in the field.
• Develop proficiency in real estate valuation techniques and methodologies.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of cash flow analysis and its application in real estate
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university graduating between Winter 2025 or Spring 2026. Degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate is preferred
• A strong desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meeting of deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create intricate worksheets
