The OpportunityWe’re looking to hire a Paraplanner to join our growing advisory team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional planning experience. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial planning, this role offers meaningful client impact and room for long‑term growth.
This is a career‑track role designed for someone who wants to grow into a Financial Advisor position over time and be part of a mission‑driven, client‑first team.
What You’ll Do:Support lead advisors in delivering our Five Seed System™ — a planning‑first retirement process covering income, tax, investment, healthcare, and legacy.
- Prepare financial planning reports and case data using Right Capital
- Assist with plan modeling, retirement projections, and tax planning scenarios
- Gather, organize, and review client documents (statements, returns, policies, etc.)
- Draft meeting summaries, follow‑up tasks, and action items
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning software
- Collaborate with advisors to refine processes and improve client experience
- Located within 15 miles of Overland Park, KS (in‑office required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a planning or operations role at a fee‑only firm is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
