Trust Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Trust Income Coordinator to support the accurate processing, posting, and reconciliation of trust account income. This role is essential to ensuring fiduciary accounts are administered correctly and in compliance with trust agreements, internal policies, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has prior trust or financial services experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid background within the banking industry.

• Process and post income for trust accounts, including interest, dividends, and other investment income
• Monitor and reconcile suspense and clearing accounts related to trust income
• Review trust agreements to ensure that income is allocated accurately and according to governing documents
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve income discrepancies
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual trust account reconciliations
• Support audit and exam requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in trust accounting systems
• Identify and elevate exceptions or issues impacting trust account accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements within Trust Operations

• Prior experience in a Trust Department, Trust Operations, or Financial Services environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume, accuracy-driven work
• Knowledge of how securities (stocks, bonds, CDs, mortgages, CMOs, etc.) generate income
• Experience working with trust accounting platforms
• Familiarity with fiduciary regulations and trust compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trust accounting systems
• Solid math and basic accounting skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
