Management and application of monies received for trade and non-trade accounts. Daily and monthly reporting and reconciliation.
Essential Job Functions- Management and application of all monies to customer trade accounts
- Management of High Radius automated cash application software
- Management and application of all monies to non-trade general ledger accounts
- Administrator of Credit Card software application
- Work directly with credit analyst on unidentified monies and reconciliations
- Work directly with internal & external audit
- Work directly with accounting pertains to bank reconciliations
- Daily balancing of A/R to G/L.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience- 1 to 2 years deduction/chargeback experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- PC proficient and advance skills in Microsoft Offices.
- Experience with Oracle/JDEdwards (Enterprise-One) financial system.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
