NBH Bank is looking for a Business Banking Center Manager I to build a career in finance while delivering exceptional service to small business and consumer clients.

As the Business Banking Center Manager I, you will train and coach a successful sales team, act as the key point of contact for clients, and help achieve specific sales and service goals through deposit, treasury management, and loan products. You will represent the bank in the community, drive Work Perks initiatives with business clients, and maintain a strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options.
Additionally, you will assist other departments as needed and build a great rapport with clients and colleagues while treating others with respect and consideration.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of banking experience with external business development.
- Registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act and NBH compliance policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a driving history that meets the Bank’s standards; driving is required for the position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Treasury Management sales experience.
- Consumer lending background and business lending experience.
- Bilingual language skills.
- Driven and motivated self‑starter.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of risk management.
- Passionate about proactive sales and the prospecting of new business.
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to speak effectively to internal and external clients.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accurate completion of work.
- Logical thinking for analyzing situations and making sound decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
- Ability to calculate figures such as cash back and percentages.
- Commitment to meritocracy and career growth within the role.
- Physical ability to lift, pull, push, bend, raise, and hold hands and arms overhead as needed.
- Possible evenings and weekends for special program events.
- Local travel during business days; occasional out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be required.
