Job DescriptionThe Relationship Manager III – Commercial Banking is primarily responsible for delivery of various financial products and the servicing of commercial loans to middle‑market privately owned businesses. This position requires strong knowledge of the commercial underwriting approval processes, Wealth Management products, Treasury Services, deposit offerings, and other bank services. Responsibilities include managing portfolios, which include the larger more profitable customer relationships.

How You'll Spend Your Time- Prospect, network, develop new business, and cross‑sell our services.
- Participate in community and professional activities to enhance our image and expand network of business contacts.
- Partner with credit on the approval, documentation, and booking processes. Analyze and evaluate credit requests, write loan commitments, and recommend appropriate risk rating and issue declinations.
- Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal, review detailed analysis of current financial statements and collateral valuations, cash flow analysis, manage delinquencies, and document exceptions.
- Compile reporting to monitor asset, credit quality, and compliance with policy/regulation and determine appropriate action for wire transfers.
Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ experience in a commercial lending environment or 11–13 years equivalent experience.
