Summer 2026 Finance Internship Back Office

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

This is an 11‑week paid internship that provides hands‑on experience in finance, dashboards, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Interns will build reports, support process improvements, and contribute to strategic projects.

• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that track service performance metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
• Explore ways to leverage AI and automation within a finance shared‑services environment supporting projects that improve efficiency and decision‑making.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with ambiguity.
• Exposure or interest in AI automation or digital tools that enhance business processes.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Self‑starter who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a team‑focused culture.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year.
• Employees of T‑Mobile or Metro by T‑Mobile are ineligible for internships.

Intern wages range from $20 /hour to $40 /hour, based on experience and location. Relocation assistance may be provided to participants residing more than 50 miles from the internship location.
