Key Responsibiliti
es:

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement review
• KPI reporting and dashboard development
• Financial modeling and strategic planning
• Revenue recognition and financial controls oversight
• Banking, cash management, and lender relationships
• Internal audit and compliance activities
• Supporting executive leadership with financial insights
• Building and mentoring finance talent within the division

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting and/or real estate experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
• Experience creating dashboards and reports to drive business decisions
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to improve performance
• Power BI experience
