As an Analyst within the Credit Risk Management team, you will use analytical, project management, presentation, and relationship skills to identify new credit segmentation opportunities using statistical methods to enhance credit decision processes, collections and fraud strategies.
You will work independently or as part of a team to manipulate large datasets, extract insights, and communicate actionable recommendations. Projects may include idea generation, development and implementation of new credit strategies.
Responsibilities- Utilize statistical segmentation techniques to identify new opportunities.
- Extract, load and transform data from multiple sources for statistical and reporting analysis.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit policies to meet objectives.
- Develop predictive financial and analytical models using trend and regression analysis.
- Participate in analysis of new data and statistical products from external vendors.
- Work with credit bureau and alternative credit data.
- Deliver work outputs with awareness of project timelines and deadlines.
- 2-4 years experience in a qualitative analytical function.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in SAS or other statistical/analytical programming languages.
- Superior computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Superior communication (spoken and written), organizational and presentation skills.
- Superior time management skills and awareness of project management methods.
- 3+ years of quantitative analytic modeling experience, credit risk management or comparable process management experience.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other statistical software packages.
- Prior consumer risk management experience.
- Wireless or Telecom experience.

Base Pay Range: $76,100 - $137,300
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
