Job Summary

Join our dynamic Credit Risk Management team as a Senior Analyst, where you will apply analytical skills, project management, and presentation expertise to influence credit segmentation, policy, collections, fraud prevention, and credit decision processes. You will collaborate with analysts and business partners to develop, deploy, and track credit strategies, manage risk, and shape our credit landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply statistical segmentation techniques to identify new opportunities.
  • Perform sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit policies to ensure financial goals are attained.
  • Develop predictive financial and analytical models using statistical methodologies, including trend and regression analysis.
  • Participate in the analysis of new data and statistical products from external vendors.
  • Perform loss forecasting analysis.
  • Extract, process, and transform data from multiple sources, analyzing credit bureau and alternative credit data.
  • Deliver work output with full awareness of and adherence to project timelines and deadlines.
Qualifications – Minimum Required
  • 5+ years of quantitative analytic modeling experience or comparable process management experience.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related degree.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other statistical software packages.
  • Outstanding computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication (spoken and written), organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven time management skills and awareness of project management methods.
Qualifications – Desired
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in SAS or other statistical/analytical programming languages.
  • Prior consumer risk management experience.
  • Wireless/Telecom experience.
  • Minimum age 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.
Education – Minimum Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related degree.

Position Details

Base Pay Range: $84,600 - $152,600. Corporate Bonus Target: 10% (depending on location, qualifications, experience). The final starting salary will be determined based on various factors.
