Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Finance and Compliance

This position will be responsible for helping drive the financial performance of the assigned Line of Business (LOB) or department within Finance. The role supports Key's strategic priority of deepening and growing relationships with our clients and requires strong partnering skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Develop or enhance driver‑based forecast models to predict financial performance under different scenarios; own the monthly forecast process, provide oversight to business performance versus plan and actuals, and quickly identify risks and opportunities. Manage new business pricing for servicing assignments, oversee regulatory compliance and internal/external audits, and connect macroeconomic trends to financials. Utilize analytics to link client cohorts with profitability, create reporting to track strategic initiatives, and provide external benchmark insights.

Partner with Line of Business, Finance, and Corporate Treasury teams to deliver transparency on performance relative to strategic priorities. Present drive‑trend insights to senior leadership quarterly or monthly, and lead a high‑performing team of analysts. Provide support for month‑end close, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation of manual processes. Support additional Finance initiatives as assigned.
