Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join a rapidly growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in the company's growth strategy by supporting mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and executive decision-making.

This position will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities, develop financial analyses, and support strategic initiatives from initial evaluation through integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
  • Perform financial analysis, valuation modeling, and scenario planning to support M&A activity
  • Participate in financial, operational, and commercial due diligence for prospective acquisitions
  • Analyze historical financial statements, key performance indicators, and operating metrics
  • Assist with acquisition integration planning, reporting, and post-close performance tracking
  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and investment materials for senior leadership
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitive intelligence
  • Support long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and other corporate finance initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, or M&A
  • Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence, or strategic finance initiatives is highly preferred
Preferred Experience
  • M&A transaction support
  • Financial modeling and business valuation
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
  • CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus
