Finance Manager – Long Range Planning

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting T-Mobile’s Long-Range Plan
• Drive deep-dive financial analysis to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Deutsche Telekom, and other stakeholders
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations for Senior Leadership
• Analyze complex business scenarios and initiatives and translate them into financial implications
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and enhanced reporting solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on key enterprise initiatives and their financial impacts

• 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Wireless or telecommunications industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field required
