As a Relationship Banker I, you will have an opportunity to meet and provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience. This includes responsibility for developing relationships with business partners and clients, and introducing clients to new products, services and digital solutions using the latest technology such as tablets, smartphones and laptops. You will be responsible for demonstrating a strong knowledge of mortgage, business and installment loan options, and providing a broad base of financial and credit services.

Additionally, Relationship Bankers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
• 6+ months of demonstrated successful sales experience
• Bilingual language skills
• Passionate and motivated self‑starter
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
• Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages

• Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growing within their role.
• Tasks may require physical activity such as grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, raising and holding hands and arms overhead.
• Associates may need to work overtime as necessary, typically no more than 5%.
• Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.

This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard‑based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation. Incentives are earned quarterly based on the associate’s performance against defined metrics.
