Job Title

Teller II (Bilingual — Spanish)

Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly services to clients, processing a variety of business and consumer transactions, including heavy cash handling responsibilities.

• Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balance record.
• Respond to clients’ needs and inquiries in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks (e.g., address changes, debit card maintenance, check ordering) as trained and assigned per branch needs.
• Refer customers to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are recognized.
• Educate clients on bank technology such as mobile and online banking, ATMs, and ITMs.
• Assist branch and fellow team members by achieving goals and sharing responsibility of daily tasks.
• Ensure safe and sound banking practices, including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch, following procedures set by corporate security.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong math and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to cross‑sell products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude, works well with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (computer workstations, calculators, copier).
• Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented with high degree of accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary for branch coverage.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred.
• One year of cash handling experience preferred.

• Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, IBS, and Salesforce.
