The Client Experience Specialist - Bilingual directly supports four advisory practices, working closely with advisory team members to deliver a meaningfully differentiated client experience. You will serve as a liaison between Empower and clients, providing exceptional service, responding to client requests and operational needs, and helping maintain strong client relationships. This role provides direct exposure to high-value advisory clients and the teams supporting their wealth management needs.
It is well suited for candidates who are passionate about client experience and interested in developing expertise and pursuing additional career opportunities in wealth management.
- Provide a best-in‑class client experience through proactive and reactive client engagements, campaign outreach, and streamlined processing of client requests.
- Collaborate with experienced advisory team members to develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with highly valued clients.
- Proactively identify financial planning opportunities, gather required documentation for analysis, and coordinate delivery calls with the advisory team.
- Prepare client call summaries, welcome call documentation, and other materials for advisory team meetings and client introductions.
- Partner with advisory and specialist teams to identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and coordinate follow‑up with the appropriate team members.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of service requests to support timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with clients, advisory teams, and trading teams to gather cost‑basis information, submit requests for implementation analysis, and initiate portfolio implementation and custom requests.
- Facilitate client appreciation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related work experience in financial services and/or customer experience.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Series 65.
- FINRA registration within the corporate‑established timeline; current Series 65 STRONGLY PREFERRED.
- Experience working in client service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish trust, maintain professionalism, and build long‑term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple client needs and identify appropriate solutions efficiently.
- Proficiency in, or ability to quickly learn, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX
360, and proprietary and record‑keeping systems. - Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- FINRA fingerprinting required.

- Experience with brokerage trading and trade approval.
- Demonstrated track record of service excellence.
- CFP, CRPC, or other relevant wealth management credentials, or a demonstrated interest in attaining applicable professional credentials.
